We highly value personal privacy. While we would prefer not to collect any information regarding other persons, that would make it impossible to accomplish our objective of sharing information regarding farm and ranch tours. Therefore we will collect and use information, but only as necessary and in accordance with this policy. This policy does not apply to anyone who uses any system of this website or email to make an unsolicited offer for sale of any service or product; anyone who makes such an unsolicited offer will be deemed a spammer and all personal or contact information of the spammer may be sold, exploited, published, or shared without restriction.

We will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone, nor give any other person your information except as described below under Information Sharing.

If there is any change to our privacy policy it will be published here before going into effect, and changed policies will apply only to information collected after the change is published.

Information we collect and how we use it

Information you provide will be collected and used as necessary to accomplish the purpose for which you provide the information.

If you ask to list your farm, ranch, or other agricultural operation you will be required to provide contact and other information for yourself and the operation. We may use this information to communicate with you regarding your listing and may publish the name of the operation, the website URL, and description of the operation you submit. We may disclose the email address of listing tour operators to MailChimp or a similar service in order to use that service to communicate general information.

If you contact us with concerns regarding a farm or agricultural operation listed on this site, we will ask for your name and contact information so we may follow up if necessary. You are not required to provide that, but if you do not provide it we may be unable to address any concern.

We will never spam you.

Cookies are needed to complete some of our purposes including the completion of online forms. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet. The cookie itself does not identify you nor your email address and is not tied to personally identifiable information. We use the information it provides to help us improve the site and our service.
